Kia Toa

On one raining day on the 11th of may on Thursday there was a man called Bernard he came with his father.He first told us that his father went to the war for 20 years well i was thinking well that was  a long year.Then he told us that in the 1800 girls never went to school.After that he said that his great grand mother went to   plasma she went there a man came in front of her to stop her from going past then she went to talk to all of these man she told the man that she has right to talk in public and anywhere because she is not the only women the queen of England is a women.Then he told us that he has three boys the older one does ballet he was the only Maori in the ballet.

    Bernard sounds fascinating. I'd love to have heard him sharing. What did it make you feel when he was talking about how girls couldn't go to school? Can you see how far we've come as people since then? Everyone gets to learn now and it's great!

    Who is the photo of? I tried to do a reverse image search on Google but couldn't find him. It would be great if you get a chance to reply and let me know. Thanks for sharing your learning.
